Sign and book text disappears, except sometimes to the player who placed the sign or wrote a book

      Note This issue is only about signs becoming blank.
      The issue with text being replaced with #### is tracked in REALMS-10537.
      Issues with books, renaming, and chat are tracked in other reports.

      Other players can not read text on sign I have included side by side what my character on ipad and other players see(left) vs what I see on PC.(right) I asked other players to post signs but they come up blank when posting signs for me but not for them
