Explosion sounds are much higher-pitched on Bedrock compared to Java. The high-pitched sounds cause explosions to sound weaker than they should. This has caused an additional issue with the introduction of Wind Charges, see MCPE-180027.
Expected Result
Explosion sounds are randomized to a pitch in the range [ 0.56, 0.84 ].
Observed Result
Explosion sounds are always played with pitch 1.0.
To Fix
Set the pitch of the "explosion" sound event in "individual_event_sounds" in sounds.json to [ 0.56, 0.84 ] instead of 1.0.
