      Description

When standing in soul sand, the light level is reported as 0 instead of the light level on the block above it.

This happens because the player hitbox is actually inside of the soul sand, but soul sand is a solid block so it always has light level 0 even if the block above is brighter. Soul sand could be treated like farmland and other blocks where light can pass through the sides but not the bottom, but that seems somewhat awkward given that the actual gap isn't visible.
