      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Go to "options.txt" and change "gfx_resizableui" number to 1.
      2. Open the game and go to "Settings" to "Touch" option, and go to the custom control menu.
      2. Drag the buttons on the touch screen.

      Observed Results:
      Overlap between red and red areas.

      Expected Results:
      The restricted area of the button module will not be too large.
