Mobs not dropping loot/xp (caused by outdated datapack)

      Moderator Note

      Data packs created for 1.20.4 are likely incompatible with 1.20.5 and either don't load or malfunction. Most importantly, the item format has changed, which means that data packs modifying mob drops will no longer work.

      In particular, the More Mob Heads data pack by Vanilla Tweaks replaces the drops of all vanilla mobs, which means that using the 1.20.4 version of the More Mob Heads data pack will cause all mobs to drop nothing, due to the loot table format being incompatible.

      Please wait for the data packs you're using to be updated, and then download them again to apply to your world. In the meantime, you can disable data packs using the command /datapack disable or simply by deleting them in the datapacks directory of your world save folder.

      for the past 3-4 snapshots, mobs haven't been dropping loot; passive, neutral, agressive, doesn't matter. None are dropping loot or XP which is really annoying. I've been killing mobs with a diamond sword with Looting III, but still nothing drops. This affects my cow farm as, again, nothing is dropping. Along with that, everything else for me has come to a standstill as I can't do anything in my world.
