I updated yesterday morning (AEST) and built a creeper farm which is working like a champion, have heaps of creepers, but they don't drop gunpowder. I'm in hard mode and am using a looting 3 sword.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to have an abundance of gunpowder from this farm. My statistics show that I've killed 818 creepers, with not one single little bit of gunpowder ending up in my chests. I've checked my hoppers thoroughly to make sure I've placed them properly.

What actually happened was...:
I kill the creepers and they drop no gunpowder.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build the creeper farm from 'moretings' on youtube published 1 year ago.
2. Stand and watch all the creepers fill up, then kill them with a looting 3, mending, unbreaking 3, sharpness 5, sweeping edge 3 sword.
3. See no gunpowder drop, or enter your chests.
