The Bug:
Sculk sensors are activated based on whether you are holding the sneak key or not.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Place a sculk sensor nearby and begin crawling.
- Stay in one position and do not move whilst carrying out the rest of the steps.
- Throw a projectile without holding the shift key.
→ A vibration is produced and the sculk sensor activates. - Throw a projectile whilst holding the shift key.
→ A vibration is not produced and the sculk sensor does not activate despite no physical change being made to the player.
Additional Information:
If no physical change was made to the player, why should a vibration be dependent on whether the play if holding the sneak key or not? This same affect can been seen when standing in a 1.5 block high space. I've attached a video which demonstrates this issue. This ticket also relates to MC-199483, MC-195636, MC-151547 and MC-182043.
