Hi - we are having continual problems with our realm regularly lagging out and villager NPCs and tamed animals and livestock either freezing or completely disappearing.

Usually, I ask all friends to log out and reconnect to the Realm, which normally resolves the issue, but today my entire villager trading hall is empty and all pets and livestock are missing, despite multiple logouts.

I have tried restoring the Realm to a backup made yesterday evening (when I know everything was OK) but everything is still missing! Lots of hard work down the drain :*(

For reference, I play on PS4 and have friends on Realm on both PS and Xbox consoles.
