i have a realm on the playstation 4 and i pay for it

Now I have the problem that some of my villagers simply despawn.

If I now replace the game with an earlier save, they are sometimes still missing although I saw them in this place at the time when I happened this point in the game time, the villagers are in locked and well-lit houses, so they cannot escape or die from monsters, food is also available if necessary. They are only there again when I go back much further, but I don't feel like putting my game back 4 or 5 hours just so I don't lose my villager

This happens more often when entering the nether.

Please fix this
