It's very simple, the realm is very laggy and slow.  We (my friends and I) troubleshoted for a while to see what the cause was and it was the server.  What we did was had everyone leave the game except for 1 person and that person went to an area of the world we had not built anything in.  Once there he tested for lag by firing an arrow.  The arrow travelled slow and staggered, signifying that  the lag was something wrong on the server side. 

A reminder, we had only 1 player and were in an area that we had not built anything in ever, and it still lagged horribly. 

I would estimate a TPS of 5-7 compared to the usual 20.  The realm is unplayable at this point and I predict will not fix itself.  We cancled the subscription and do not plan on renewing it  unless fixed.

We have also tried re-uploading the realm off of the Host's PC and that did not fix it. 

We have a mashup of platforms playing on it which include PC, Xbox, and PS4.
