I can't play with friends in multiplayer from my phone when I create a world.

Not even when creating a realm, which worries me, since I already paid for the subscription and I can't take advantage of it due to the game error. Since the visiting player cannot interact with the world even if he has operator permissions, and when he dies he doesn't even regenerate the world, the game only gets stuck saying "regenerating world", which never happens. The guest on his screen moves and can remove certain blocks (without picking them up) but the player who owns the realm sees it as if it did not move. And only the guest can interact well on the realm.
