No one can log into my Minecraft Realm (bedrock). A member said they were in it only a few hours ago from me creating this support ticket, and now for them and I it will stay stuck on the loading screen with the text "Joining Realm...This may take a few moments" for a few minutes, then timeout with a message that says "Unable to connect to Realm".

I've tried loading in previous backups, but get a message with the text "Replacing the world with the selected backup failed", and it does this for many backups. I don't want to go too far into the backups otherwise many members will lose a lot of progress on their builds, so hopefully the issue can be corrected. I've included 3 screenshots of the messages, and I appreciate any help with the issue! Thank you in advance for any help in resolving this.
