We have several player-placed chests within the end dimension. After about a day of no one logging into the realm, every single item stored inside a chest within the End was gone. We have not gone to any end cities since this has happened, so I do not know if it has affected all chests or only player-placed chests. There does not seem to be any placed blocks missing.
