      The Bug

If any mob is on a non full block, the speed of that entity will be limited compared to them walking on full blocks. This could've been implemented as a way to fix MCPE-47075.

      How to reproduce

      1. Build a floor made out slabs (Easiest to test, but more blocks can be used.)
      2. Summon any mob
      3. Allow it to chase you

The mob is heavily limited in how fast it can run
