I keep on trying to load onto Minecraft for Nintendo Switch. But when i get on to the home screen, a box appears on my screen saying "Account error- There is a error with your account. You will be unable to use the marketplace until we have resolved the issue. If this issue persists for several days please contact support using the help button". So i click on the website called " help.mojang.com" and it says that the website is not available. So I look it up on my laptop and i search up my problem and it doesn't show up, it just brings me to a random thing. So i look it up and see what people have done to reslove this problem and it shows up that they have restarted their switch, or that they have uninstalled it and re installed it. I tried both of these things and many more but they never work. I would like to know how to fix error code 9. And i'm also wondering if i would have to make a new account because i have spent over 100 dollars on this game. Could you please give me a solution or something so i can fix this. UPDATE! its stuck on "signing into your Microsoft account" without acually signing into it as well, i have been on the home screen for about 20 minutes and it never signed me in even though it says it is...
