As you can see, i steal catch one of the villager in next town and put him in my town, he was jobless so i put cartography table near him so he become Cartographer. But he didn't take the job even when i create other jobsite such as Weaponsmith, Fletching table, Composter, dsb and he still not taking any job O_o

So i steal other villager and he immediately become cleric (when i just bypass my own home that has brewing stand)

What i want to ask is why my first villager not taking any job
