I rode my horse to a nearby village and gave the first villager I came across a handful of carrots. The game immediately crashed and I had to restart. I reloaded the world to find both horses, one name tag, 2 leads, 2 saddles, and iron horse armor (all were equipped on the horses at the time) all gone. All that was left were the 2 leash knots on the fence post I kept them on, which despawned after I attempted to restart Minecraft to fix the problem
