My Xbox Realm is experiencing an issue where villagers are randomly overpopulating their village even if there are no beds or workplaces present for them to take advantage of.

I want to preface this with the fact that I know the game's code is acknowledging that breeding is not possible because I have observed my villagers during their meeting time and seen the cloud indicators over the bell signifying that there is no beds available.

The village is comprised of 23 work stations, 23 beds, and 23 villagers. The village is walled off from the outside environment to protect them, and I have ensured that every village building that is occupied by a villager is within the 32 block radius from the gathering site. To my knowledge my game is well within the parameters for a normal game-play experience without over producing children, and for the most part, this is the case.

It has happened on four occasions now that my village population randomly booms and an upwards of seven to eight babies are born out of nowhere during a play session. Not only are these babies created, they are actively taking the beds of existing villagers and causing everyone to rotate homes and lose connections to their existing work stations. Whenever a "baby boom" happens my normal occupational villagers are often times left without a home and wander around the village all night.

Is there anyone else that can confirm they are having this issue? I really think there is something going on here that isn't functioning as intended. This is causing a headache because I am unable to actively leave the village radius due to my fear of having to weed the population again and again. If it helps, every time I have noticed this happen is when I have stood AFK for a period of time and the xbox goes idle, or if I am terraforming the immediate area surrounding the village.

Could the villager AI be assuming beds and work stations are "free" if a villager is not currently loaded in a chunk? The only thing I can think of is if Villager B and Villager C are able to see Villager A's bed (empty) and Villager A is in a different chunk at that point in time causing B and C to assume there is room to repopulate. Then the new baby takes someone else's bed instead of villager A's home and B&C see the bed as empty again and breed once more. It seems like a vicious cycle that is causing a horrible experience for my realm. This needs to be acknowledged and fixed!

I want to apologize if this is posted in the incorrect place but I was unable to find any duplicates of this exact issue. I am only able to see resolved breeding issues for previous Java versions and nothing pertaining to this issue in Bedrock. Attached is a lovely photo of the collection of unwanted pests before extermination if that helps!
