So I have seen a skin bug where sometimes you will change your skin and you will see your friend has your skin but they will see you have their skin, and when you change it, it will either be the one you chose or one of the ones you had on earlier when you were in the game. I only have seen this happen with custom skins so far though. (The images below were NOT the skins we put on, but the skins we saw!)
