*What I expected to happen
I was trying to make a cactus farm and the cacti where supposed to pop off when they grow,but didn't, even though there was a wooden plank to the right of the cactus, one block high in the air

*What actually happened was
When the cactus grew to the second stage, it did not pop off, as cacti are supposed to do when there is a block next to them.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a block of cobblestone on the ground, then place a block of sand on top of the cobblestone, and finally a cactus on top of the sand
2.Next, go one block above the cactus, and one block to the right, and place a wooden plank in the air there
3.wait for the cactus to grow, this will reveal that the second stage of the cactus does not pop off when it grows next to the wooden plank.
