I don't know what versions are affected!!!

I don't understand any of this BUT all I know is that I have purchased thru itunes many texture packs for my daughters ipod and now they are all gone and she has to buy them again if she wants to play them. I've checked with itunes and they have credited one texture pack back (since it was with in 90days) but since 2 other are older than 90 days they won't.
I am not tech savy, I'm a single mom and don't have time to research why your system keeps deleting her purchases.
I have read other blogs that others are having the same issue with NO resolve but "Oh well". Not acceptable.

Example - City world she purchased and now it says she have to buy it to play it. How do you correct this? If itunes refunds us the money but Minecraft keeps glitching then whats the point
