Windows
Minecraft Bedrock Edition frequently freezes at random percentages during the loading screen and, when it crashes, the computer's audio drivers stop working, requiring a reinstall of the drivers. Very rarely, the game loads, but without any sound.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Install Minecraft Bedrock Edition from the Microsoft Store.
- Launch the game.
- Observe that the game sometimes freezes at random percentages during the loading screen and never progresses.
- Occasionally, the game may load but without any sound.
- When the game crashes, the computer's audio drivers fail, causing no sound in the system until the drivers are reinstalled.
Observed Results:
When I open Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my Windows 10 laptop, the game either freezes at a random percentage during loading or, very rarely, loads without sound. When it crashes, it affects the system's audio drivers, requiring a reinstall of the drivers to restore sound.
Expected Results:
The game should load fully and properly with sound, without freezing the loading screen and never progresses and affecting the system's audio drivers.

Notes:
I really can't play the game. I find it frustrating since I paid for it, and the least that should happen is that the game works. The Bedrock version is the best one for my computer to run properly.
