I was in game and noticed that every time i clicked it was pausing my game and doing something on another screen so decided to test. 

When looking around in-game, my mouse is moving to a different screen (I have 3 and play minecraft on the center one). This happens in both windowed mode and full screen mode. If on a single monitor, you can reproduce this by using a non-maximised window.This seems pretty game breaking and actually makes the game unplayable.

Update: I tested latest preview and it happens there. I tested java, and java behaves as normal. Other games are also behaving as normal.
