In MCBE, any custom blocks that generate naturally won't run events. In an add-on me and a friend of mine are working on, we want to add a block of some sort that can be found only using sound. I finished writing the code for the block and, as expected, it began making sound when placed. After that I finished writing the feature and feature rule files and they were generating properly but only made sound when placed. I've searched online and this doesn't seem to be a documented issue. I've attached a link to a video and a sample add-on pack to recreate the issue.

(Holiday Creator Features and Custom Biomes experiments required)

      1. Enter spectator mode (/gamemode spectator)
      2. Search between -50 to -60 for a stone block with a note block center
      3. Pick block (or search under the construction tab in the creative menu) and place the "Sound Block" down
      4. Block will begin beeping 'bit' notes
      5. Generated block will stay silent
