well, when i play with my friends minecraft offline i open
a hotspot to make them join my world i have checked the multiplayer but it shows this following message  under "visible to lan players": you aren't connected to wifi your friends won't be able to join.
but i want to play offline not online i usually ignore this message but when i play my world my friends can not see me in friends tab but i discovered in setting that multiplayer is greyed and switched off and i cannot open it.
i tracked it in MCPE-44422 but i didn't find any solution for this problem.

i tried to open mobile data (my mobile data have no internet) and open the world with it, it kinda worked multiplayer didn't switch off but when my friends try to join it tells them that they have to switch on "use cellular data" option on setting,profile but this option doesn't even exist!

i searched for this problem and i tracked MCPE-87344 and i downloaded the pack but sadly it didn't work!

i used the search feature too but i didn't find any solution.

i know that this problem is already open but i cannot find any solution and i really want to play with my friends offline.
