As I recall, this bug occurred to me after I joined a server. This day was the first time I joined a server with my account, and when I left the server, the game was crashing a lot. I just used the game again the next day, but when I logged in there was this bug on the home screen.

I tried logging in and out of my account and uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times. I already switched accounts, I already entered the game without an account, but nothing solves.

This problem is affecting me, because there are exclusive things, and without opening the marketplace and the character editor, there is no way to rescue them.

This bug has been happening to me for 3 months, and there was one time, 2 months ago, that it went back to normal, but it was just for one day, the other the same problem happened.

I saw that other people are having this problem, and some who reported the bug, had an image of the mountains update, which makes you think it's a bug that is not very recent.

Fix it as soon as possible, or at least if it takes time to fix it, try to compensate the players who were affected by this.
