For some versions I have had a constant problem, I thought it was my internet signal but it is not as it has persisted too long.

My skins don't load, it doesn't even appear that they are loading like when I don't have internet, I can't open the marketplace no matter how hard I press the button.

I know it's not my connection because it's been almost a month that I've been trying.

It's something that happens on my device and another device where the game is also installed but using another Microsoft user.

The game has already been updated twice but this error still persists.
