This issue seems to happen occasionally as if it was an connection problem. the thing is, that it happens even when connection speed are high. For an example: my switch connection has been running on a frequency band of 5Ghz. With download speed of 54.6, and upload speed of 12.3. My brother, who lives in Texas, has an even faster connection, but is occasionally getting the same error. The error we are receiving states, " an communication error has occurred". This only seems to happen with the minecraft software and started after the last update minecraft issued. Furthermore, it started with a rare occurrence and has seemed to be getting worse as time progresses. This problem has not been an issue for any other software used by myself or my brother. So what i am saying it only occures while the minecraft software is running. The error occurs occasionally with single player but always with multi-player. Furthermore, does not seem to affect all minecraft software. I say that because,  i have 2 switches playing minecraft at the same time and room with equal distance to the source of internet connection. Both running at similar connection speeds, but one software will crash but not the other. I think there might be a bug somewhere in the loading program in your server. Please look into this and let me know when and if you were able to fix it. It is very irritating to have to reloaded the software and redo any or all progress made during game play. It is also very saddening for children who want to play with each other but can't because of this issue. Thanks for your time and help.
