Since the update to 1.18.30, the following issues occured.
In the previous version, everything worked fine.

Initially the game loaded. But slowed down when I moved from the home base area to a production area.
The production area has a village of 130 villagers, sheep farm (32 sheep), kelp farm (150 pistons), pumpkin and melon farm (40 pistons each).

The moment this area was loaded, the game started lagging.
Then on the next autosave, the game started crahing.
Restarting the game teleported me back a few chunks away from the production area.

After a few crashes, trying to disable a few farms, the game started crashing on loading.
The loading terrain screen takes around 2 - 3 minutes before it freezes and crashes to desktop. RAM usage goes from 3 GB to 16 GB (out of 16 GB).
Before completely crashing, I had a moment where the game didn't allow me to open inventory or pick up items while it was saving.

The world has been copied in the meantime and I removed all resource packs from that world.
Set all rendering and chunk loading to minimum, but the game still is unable to load.
The one time that the game did load into the game, it crashed after entering the world for 5 seconds.

      Windows version is win10 x64.
      graphic: RTX 2070
      16 GB of RAM
