I have had 2 different players enter 2 different Nether portals in 2 different worlds that I have created.  Both times the players were teleported into a solid block of Netherrack blocks nowhere near where my portals take me to in the Nether. The first players was able to save herself and dig out of the block. The second player had no idea what was happening, his screen showed "Building Terrain", until we told him that he apparently suffocated in a wall.  We had just finished enchanting and putting Netherrite on all of our armor and tools and were heading to the fortress to get wuther skulls.  No he has lost everything, because we had no idea of where to go to find his items.  Please help!!!
