There is a rather frustrating delaying issue but I can't be sure for how long this has been buggy. When I go into the Dressing Room to the Classic Skins and Owned Skins, only my first 16 skin packs are loaded (after counting them) with the solid bar of the vertical-scroll bar reflecting this. I currently have 59 skin packs in total. Waiting doesn't load the other packs in. I have to scroll down to the bottom 16th pack  then simply wait. After typically 30 - 40 seconds, the next 30 skin packs load in and the solid bar moves up a little and, of course, reduces in size to reflect the added packs. Now, I have to again scroll down to the bottom pack (the 46th) and wait once more for a similar length of time. Then, the final 13 skin packs load in. Naturally, I need all 59 skin packs to be recognised immediately - or within just a few seconds - and to load in straight away without this inconvenient delay of more than a minute, just to see all my skin packs.
