The old cave carver can still be found, despite the additions of the new noise caves in the 1.18 update. However, when exploring the new mountains and the new multi noise hills generation, I found out that I rarely or not even able to find old cave carver generating on it. Compared to Java, you can find at least one or two of them around the mountain peaks.

How to Reproduce
1. Find hilly terrains or mountain peaks. (Seed -1447 and Coords -340 150 -975 for mountain peaks sample)
2. Find any old cave carver entrance.
3. Repeat the steps on Java.

Observed Result
Unable to find any old cave carver on Bedrock.

Expected Result
Old cave carvers can generate higher on mountain peaks and on hilly terrains on Bedrock.
