The goats are still spawning on the stony peaks biome on Bedrock, where on Java, it is no longer possible, which breaks parity.

Step to Reproduce
1. Find a stony peaks biome.
2. Try to find goats there, if there isn't try to go far away so all mobs despawn or do /kill @e.

Expected Result
No goats spawning on stony peaks biome.

Observed Result
There is goats spawning there.
