Notes: This is not a duplicate of MCPE-143822. It also only happens in education edition if there are any resource packs in the storage since the edu team rigged it to crash when addons are put in "to keep the game stable". This happens in bedrock edition with or without addons.

When you minimize the game for long enough, it crashes or causes issues when refocused. If minimized for even longer, it crashes without you refocusing it

How to reproduce:
Open the game
Minimize overnight or longer
Refocus it and see what happens

What I expected:
The game would be normal

What I saw:
The game crashes or severely glitches out such as flashing between black and red and endlessly toggling between fullscreen, maximized, and windowed. In education edition, the only scenario is crashing.
