Affects education edition

If you minimize the game for too long (e.g. overnight) the textures are missing except for entities, skins, hud, ui and gui.

How to reproduce:
Minimize the game for a loooonnng time
Refocus the game and see what happens

What I expected:
Everything will be normal

What I saw:
The textures were missing

Notes:
This only affects bedrock edition if the game is minimized during a loading screen or whatever time you shouldn't do it. In bedrock edition the only textures missing are skins and profile pictures. Or different case scenario, MCPE-143823 happens instead.
