When I swim in-game and get out of the water, I will be able to run through one block spacing with the top half of the player model being inside of the second block making the suffocating in a block program to start, and I start suffocating while being able to run through blocks.

This happens mainly in survival Minecraft, when I reenter the world it goes back to normal. Also, I'm able to see through the block when I'm glitched.

EDIT: It doesn't only happen when I swim, my head can just glitch through blocks anytime in-game.
