So basically, the Haste effect produced by a beacon should let the player to be able to insta mine some blocks (example: stone, granite, diorite but NOT glass). The problem on Minecraft PE on iOS and PlayStation is that we can’t insta mine with the haste effect. The haste effect doesn’t affect the speed of mining. You could reproduce the bug by going on PlayStation Lor Minecraft iOS latest version (1.16.221), make a beacon and try to mine stone with a pickaxe (I used netherite on the video).
