My Xbox Live account keeps signing out on my Switch. It's been doing this for over 2 years now. After i go back in and try to connect the account, it tells me I need to go to the Microsoft remote access website on another device and put in a code. I do that and then it says success. I go back into the Minecraft main screen on my switch and try to login, and it says the same thing. I have to do this over and over and over again and hope that eventually it will connect. So far this time, it's been 3 or 4 days since I was able to connect them. 

Before you say it's a Troubleshooting problem, it's not. They sent me to you. It's also not the Switch as I've contacted Nintendo and they said it's not their end after they tested everything. I've also contact Microsoft and they say it's not their end either. I've restarted, shut down, unplugged, plugged in, and disconnected all the things to try and fix it and it still does this. This doesn't happen on his iPad or my iPad. Only on his both his and my switches.  

I also asked for help with this from Mojang months ago and have never heard anything back since and it clearly hasn't been fixed as I spent a good portion of the last few months continuing to attempt to login. 

What I expected to happen was...:
To be able to login and not have issues with connecting XBox Live on my son's Switch

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press login to the XBox Account on the main Minecraft screen
2. Go to https://aka/remoteaccess and use xxxxxxx code
3. Success! You can now login to your XBox Live account on your switch 

4. press login and do the exact same things over and over again. Sometimes up to 15-20 times (if not more) until it hopefully

connects.
