I have a zoo of animal mobs in my world. While riding a horse, an error occured for some reason which crashed the game.

After restarting the game, I found out that one of my polar bears and salmon has despawned from its cage. After a couple minutes, an error occured for the second time. After restarting the game again, I realized that the second polar bear has despawned (As showned on the attachment). Unfortunately, that wasn't the whole tragedy. A number of pandas, desert rabbits, and one villager has vanished as well. There might be more victims, but these are the ones I could point out for the time being,

I can clearly say they "glitched away" since they were all completely caged and had no space to suffocate.

This, at least in my opinion, is a fatal bug, which drains all of your effort for capturing these mobs. I took WEEKS for me to bring them home and they are all GONE for absolutely no reason. 

There are already plenty of irrational glitches in this switch version, but this despawning occurrence, at least for me,  has crossed the line for being a "video game". Adding up with other tremendous glitches (which is already massive to point them out in this text box), this game is "Unplayable". I "PAID" for this product, and cannot play it properly. Please. Please fix this. Please give all my innocent animals back to life. Please let me play what I purchased.
