I can't login to my Microsoft account I was signed in about a 6 months ago and I know my information but when I login it says that my account is connected to another account but it doesnt tell me the username ( I only have one account). I went to the help page it says to go to and the window that pops up on playstation doesnt have my username that was used but still says that the account has already been linked. I just need to know how to fix this but I think it's just a bug. I've contacted Microsoft and the directed me to Mojang.
