My problem occurred when 1.16.1 came out in November. The day after the update, my Microsoft account has not been able to sign into my switch. It normally gives me a code and the aka/remoteconnect website to resolve this issue, but now it won't even do that for me.

In short, when I boot up Minecraft, it will attempt to sign in, but after a few minutes of waiting, nothing will happen and I will be sent back to the main screen. At first I thought this bug would be fixed overtime, but then slowly realized that that was not the case. I tried turning it off and on again, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I cleared my sign in data, I have done all I could think of, but nothing has worked.

it has been several months now and the problem has only gotten worse, now when I load the game and press sign in, something will pop up and say, "save purchases to Microsoft account?" When I press "save" nothing happens and I have to manually exit the pop up.
