I downloaded the new Disney's "Frozen" pack from the store on my ps4 console. The bundle included the interactive map template, behavior pack and resource pack, along with skins. We played for maybe 30 mins to an hour and everything worked fine. We saved and quit, closed the application, turned off the PS4 and went out for the day. When we got back, we tried playing the map again. We were able to get into the map fine, but nothing was loading. There were no NPC's, our player was invisible, and we could not interact with any of the unique capabilities of the map template which were: clicking the buttons to teleport to other areas of the map, throw infinite snowballs- we threw one and it disappeared. It also disabled the other skin packs we had previously bought. I restarted the world, but that didn't work. When viewing player skin customization, nothing was loading. We were able to access our purchased skins, but the images were not loading. They were all invisible. We could pick them, but would still be invisible. I then made sure my Minecraft was up to date, and it was. I then deleted the world we made and tried to make another, but when I choose the Disney's Frozen world template it doesn't load. We are unable to make a new world of it. This is very frustrating, as this has never happened before and it is breaking part of the game that I spent money on. This needs to be fixed.
