      Description

This bug had been troubled me for months since 1.16.200 was released, and till AMD Graphic Driver updated mine to 21.2.1, the issue seemed to be resolved for a while.

However, after updated to 21.2.2 and when I re-opened my laptop, the issue happened to it again, which made the FPS of the game slow down to at around 15. So I, yesterday, reinstalled my driver in 21.2.2 version, and it solved again. But when I open the laptop and start the game today, that issue get back again!

I'm quite weird how and why the issue happened to me and get a short-period resolution... And I think that it could have something to do with Render Dragon.
