After building an entire village, breeding villagers, setting up beds/jobs, all of my villagers have just disappeared. The village was fenced in, and well lit so mobs didn't spawn. On top of that, my world was set to peaceful. There is no way they could've died or gotten killed or escaped, yet they disappear out of nowhere. It's happened many times and it's getting frustrating to even play Minecraft. This last time I walked away for maybe 10 minutes and my two new villagers that I was breeding, just disappear like they were never there. 

PLEASE FIX THIS!! I've heard and read of too many people having this issue and no one has fixed it.
