Windows
I have a world that is about 450MB big, and it works fine for me. It also works perfectly fine for my friends on the Xbox One and another Windows 10 user. However, whenever my friend on the Nintendo Switch tries to join, there is a seemingly random chance for some/all of his player data to be deleted. That includes spawn point, inventory, ender chest, and levels. He also seems to get his player data back within the next week. I've researched the issue and it falls under the name of MCPE-55815. The world files are at https://1drv.ms/u/s!AvyV7DdnulCubYK4f2837zbHq_k?e=TdtDSo. Can you please fix this error, it's ruining our experience.
