chunks not loading in.

What I expected to happen was...:
to go in single or multiplayer and wait for the world/server to load in.

What actually happened was...:
went into world and server and it didnt load in properly you could move and break block but you cant see what your doing because the chunks dont load in and it just cycles through lots of different biomes.
