When placing blocks on fences, they should play corresponding sound. For example, when placing Cobblestone on top of an Oak Fence, it should create the ordinary Cobblestone placing sound.

However it doesn't play a sound at all. The same is true for placing Nether Brick Fences, however Cobblestone Walls and Mossy Cobblestone Walls still work as they should do, along with Fence Gates.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Place a fence down of your choice (Oak Fence for example)
      2. Choose any block, and place it directly on the fence
      3. If done correctly, no block placing sound will be played.
      4. It's worth noting that placing the actual fences on blocks will still create sound, unless you place a fence on a fence.
