Put the summary of the bug you're having here
What I expected to happen was...:
Switching off the comparator would put repeater off lock mode when the comparator is activated
What actually happened was...:
When I switched the comparator off the repeater was still in lock mode
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a comparator facing a repeater on its side
2. Activate both comparator and repeater
3. Activate the comparator and then activate again
4. Do more experiments on it, gives headaches (break the comparator then activate turn it on it wont lock repeater)
