A bug that makes you not able to break blocks, or kill a mob.

I thaught if I delete my world an create an other one.
I thaugth the problem would be solved, but I was wrong.

I tried to repair Minecraft; or delete it and install it again.
Both of them did not work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. First, I create a survival world.
2. Next, when the world has finished downloading, I just see clouds, everything else is all black and I cannot move.
3. After a minute or so, the world is normal, but when I try to break blocks or kill mobs, it does not work.
