I was messing around with pistons, then somehow I got an extended upside down sticky piston under a non-extended sticky piston with no power source blocks anywhere near it. I tried to recreate this glitch and I figured it out. I first had 2 upside down sticky pistons, one under the other. I then placed I Redstone block next to the piston closer to the ground. I then put a Redstone block next to the other piston. I then got rid of the lower power block and neither of the pistons updated. I lastly got rid of the other Redstone block and I was left with two glitchy sticky pistons as I described before. The glitch also works when there is a normal block under the pistons.
I searched to see if anyone had already reported this bug. I couldn't find anything, so I went ahead and reported it. Sorry if I wasted someone's time by creating this issue.
